360f, an emerging specialty coffee brand known for quality and innovation, aimed to strengthen its market presence through compelling visual storytelling. They required a cohesive commercial design campaign for outdoor advertising, a fresh store signage concept, and a product redesign to elevate their flagship coffee bag — all to create a unified brand experience that attracts discerning coffee lovers.
Core problem
360f’s existing brand assets were inconsistent and lacked the visual impact needed to stand out in a competitive urban environment. Their outdoor advertising visuals were not optimized for large-scale formats, limiting visibility and brand recall. Additionally, the coffee bag design did not reflect the premium quality of their beans, missing an opportunity to influence purchase decisions at the point of sale.

Based on this, I crafted a bold, modern coffee commercial concept that balanced heritage and contemporary lifestyle appeal. Although the integrated commercial design campaign and product redesign were not ultimately implemented due to budget limitations on 360f’s side, the proposal received highly positive feedback from stakeholders. The concepts effectively demonstrated strong potential to boost brand visibility and drive retail growth. This project showcased my ability to develop compelling, business-driven design solutions tailored to a competitive market — positioning me as a strategic partner for future high-impact campaigns.
